WinTemper is free for non-commercial use.
1. Download and run the installer using this link:
setup.exe (399k)
2. Run the installer. When you're asked to enter a password, enter kirnberger (I used to ask for people to email me for a password but i've decided it's unnecessary and it puts people off)

*NEW* If you already have WinTemper, you can also download a BETA of my new version HERE (744k). This has much better metering and the maths is a little more efficient,
but I haven't tested it for accuracy yet. Note that this version may not be as stable as my official release, and may
contain errors that mean it doesn't tune accurately so don't rely on it! NB: You must have installed the previous version or it won't work.
